How can I download my template?
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. Usually, this takes just a few minutes. You’ll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
What program do I need to edit the templates?
Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft Word for PC or Mac (2007 and above). After editing, you may save files as PDF if needed.
I do not know how to use PowerPoint or Word. Can I still edit the templates myself?
Yes! If you have access to any of these two programs, you may simply follow the step-by-step instructions in our help file to customize the template. We are here to help if you find any difficulty.
I have a question, how can I contact you?

I can’t seem to find my download notification email.
Do you offer printing services?
We do not offer any printing services at this time. You can print your files at home or a local print shop.
If you do not have a printer at home, below are a few options to consider.
- Print centers – Office Depot, Staples
- Photo centers – Walgreens, Costco, Walmart
- Online print services – Vistaprint, Prints of Love, and more
Do you accept custom orders or customizations?
