Refund Requests
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@funeralbulletin.com within 365 calendar days from the date of purchase. We will process your refund and issue it based on your original payment method.
Important Notes:
As our products are digital, there is no need to physically return the item. However, your access to download the product will be revoked, and your license to use the product will be terminated upon receiving the refund.
Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests submitted after 365 calendar days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you have purchased more than three (3) templates within the last 365 days, a full refund for all purchases is not eligible. In such cases, only one template is eligible for a refund. We will verify your purchase history using the email address associated with your account.
